Global Poker now has its own Prepaid Mastercard® which is a new way to purchase Gold Coins and redeem Sweepstakes prizes from your Global Poker account. Global Poker has partnered with EML to allow you to fund your GP Prepaid Mastercard? from a personal funding source and buy Gold Coins as you desire. Fees may apply.   2. Log in with your GP Prepaid Mastercard® account details
  3. Click the "Add Funds" button
  4. Input the amount you would like to add
  5. Click the "Load Funds" button

You will be able to use your card to purchase Gold Coins and redeem Sweepstakes prizes from your Global Poker account as soon as the enrollment process is complete and your GP PREPAID MASTERCARD ACCOUNT is active.
Your physical card will be sent by mail to the address provided during enrollment 7-10 days after the initial sign-up process is completed.

Once you receive your physical card you will need to unlock it in order to make purchases. To unlock your card, you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. Visit https://my.gp-wallet.com
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click on the "Unlock Card" button
  4. Type in the six-digit security code found on the back of your card

PIN: The PIN associated with your new chip-enabled GP Prepaid Mastercard® will be revealed during the process of unlocking your card. Please memorize the PIN, you may be prompted to enter your PIN when making purchases using your card, or to utilize your card at an ATM, etc.

The GP Prepaid Mastercard® can be used anywhere debit Mastercards® are accepted.

Yes, all cards are usable at the ATM. ATM operators may charge a separate fee. Fees may apply. See the Cardholder Agreement for more details.

Your balance on your GP Prepaid Mastercard® will never expire. The card plastic will expire just like any standard debit or credit card. Please check your physical debit card for an exact expiry date.

You can move funds from your GP Prepaid Mastercard® and into your bank account by visiting https://my.gp-wallet.com. Fees may apply. See the Cardholder Agreement for more details.

In the event your GP Prepaid Mastercard® plastic expires, please contact the number on the back of your card for a replacement. You can view the details on the back of your GP Prepaid Mastercard® or in your Cardholder Agreement.

You can get the current balance for your card at https://my.gp-wallet.com or by viewing the card details within your Global Poker account.

Purchases with the GP Prepaid Mastercard® may be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, you can easily check the available balance at https://my.gp-wallet.com. If you are purchasing online, a website must take more than one form of payment if the purchase exceeds the balance on the card. For transactions made over the phone or online, you will need to ensure that you use the billing address that matches your Global Poker account when making the purchase.

If your card is lost or stolen please contact 1.833.623.0148 immediately to lock the funds and to replace the lost card.

If you forget your PIN, you can reveal your PIN by logging into https://my.gp-wallet.com.

No, at this time we provide one GP Prepaid Mastercard® per individual.

Funds transferred to a personal bank account via standard transfer will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Funds transferred to a personal debit account via express transfer will take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Further details around transfer timelines can be found on https://my.gp-wallet.com at the time of transfer. Fees may apply. See the Cardholder Agreement for more details.

No, you will not receive paper statements in the mail. If you would like a hard copy of your statements, please print your transaction history from https://my.gp-wallet.com.
